Live! Cheshire has a range of offers to suit different age groups and various interests.

angel

Weekly inclusive play sessions provision offering fun, inclusive sessions to participate in art, music making, baking, lego, games. 

School holiday provision offering respite for families and fun, inclusive sessions to participate in art, music making, baking, lego, games. 

A mixture of skill making activities, together with weekly fun activities such as Wii, music, table tennis, film club, crafts and much more.

Thursday Fun – Thursday morning fitness with Gareth and Thursday afternoon journaling for joy with Lisa

Big Live! – A social group for adults over 25 years old running weekly on Wednesday nights. A wide range of activities including theatre trips, monthly disco, meals out at the pub, ten pin bowling, bingo nights, quizzes, boccia. All chosen by participants.

Active Live! – Is aimed at Young People aged 16 plus. The project aims to support each young person on an individual basis  following the Mencap Gateway Award programme, there are three levels of the award (Bronze, Silver and Gold), made up of five different sections. These include Hobbies, Fitness, Volunteering, Lifestyle, and the Gateway Challenge.. All the sessions aim to be fun and engaging and provide social and learning opportunities in an informal setting.

Social Action Project – This is a new project for Live! that encourages our young people and adults to think about improving their communities and themselves  

Give it a Spin – Cycling sessions for people of all ages on our collection of adapted hand bikes, 3-wheel bikes, tandems and wheelchair accessible bikes around our cycle path – Helmets are provided. 

Duke of Edinburgh – An opportunity to gain your Duke of Edinburgh award in an inclusive environment using cycling as the mode of transport on expeditions. Participants need to be aged 14+ 

A Patchwork Company – provides a fun filled journey of adventure and creativity, focusing on singing, acting and dancing created by children, young people and professionals. The focus of this group is a performance arts programme leading to two performances a year.

A Patchwork Company aims to break down barriers of discrimination and raise awareness of what children, young people and adults living with a disability can achieve.
